2026 Meetings, Programs and More to look forward to!

May 18The Language of Quilting Trunk Show, presentation by Sally Terry.
Have you read the words “Quilt as desired” at the end of a quilt pattern? Bring all those quilt tops that have been patiently waiting for machine quilting patterns and need layout ideas. Sally will share how to quickly make pattern decisions that are compatible with piecing and fabric choice of the quilt top, block, border, sashing and fill designs. Even if you use (or are) a professional machine quilter, this lecture can save you time and help you get the look you want for your quilt.

There are two May 19 workshops you may sign up for – Free Motion Freedom with Wiggle Room (am) and Rulers Rule (pm). See attached registration form for more details.

About Shae: I am a custom free-motion quilter, quilt artist, and quilt history enthusiast (not necessarily in that order 😉 . I love teaching others about free-motion quilting and quilt history and how the contemporary quilting world intersects with that of the past. For my personal quilts, my passion lies in putting deep representation in each element of my design, using quilts to share the messages I cannot fully put into words.
