As announced at the November meeting, the 2024 guild challenge is titled “Text & Me”.

Members are challenged to create a quilted project of any type and size.  It can even be as small as a placemat! It can be traditional, modern, whimsical or anything you’d like.

The only requirement is that you need to include fabric with a text printed on it.  The text should communicate something about you…a hobby, an interest, a relationship, etc. Don’t have any fabric with text? Make your own (or go shopping)!

Bring your completed quilted project to our April 2024 guild meeting for Show and Tell.  Have fun with this!

The above example uses fabric that has varieties of tea printed on it and shows that tea is a favorite wintertime beverage of the quilter.
