A timely departure, an easy-going drive, puffy cumulus clouds against a brilliant cobalt blue blue sky, warm orange pumpkins, golden corn stalks ready for harvest, quiet country roads, black horse-drawn buggies, a Thresher Dinner at a real Amish farm, an Amish quilt presentation by historian and author Rebecca Haarer, with ample time for shopping at Yoders, The Cotton Corner, Lollys and a Little Bit of Lollys……..spent with old friends and new…..equals a wonderful autumn day spent in northern Indiana Amish country. If you went, you are still basking in the glow. If you didn’t, you wish you had.
Wonderful!! Great pictures. Thanks for sharing.
